About (GAW)

There is a vast amount of information and research in the field of gifted education. These images and links are just some ideas to get you started so that together we can raise awareness.

Do you have something to share that might help to raise awareness around the identification, support, learning differences or social/emotional needs of gifted students? We'd love to hear from you! Maybe you're involved in gifted education policy. Maybe you're a gifted education teacher with practical tips that others can use in the classroom. Maybe you're a gifted student, parent or gifted adult. The more we can share about the realities of giftedness, the better we will be positioned to support gifted young people. The 2025 Gifted Awareness Week theme is Policy to Practice. How can we implement gifted education policy day-to-day to support our gifted young people?
