Your membership provides
Join the AAEGT to become part of a community of members: parents, teachers, researchers and others, as we strive to raise the profile of the needs of gifted children in Australia. Gifted children and their families come from every nationality and every walk of life.
The AAEGT vision is for all gifted students across the nation to be recognised and have their learning and social emotional development needs met through appropriate educational provision.

We welcome a diversity of members, including those who don’t want to take an active part in our organisation. Your membership helps to increase the volume of our national ‘voice’ and means that you become part of a movement for change and advocacy.
Becoming a member ensures you have exclusive access to resources, product and event discounts, regular newsletters and the latest editions of the journal (two per year).

Members have access to exclusive content.
If you have an active membership you should have received an email inviting you to join the Members Area to activate your account.
Once you have logged in you will be able to access the content within the Members Area.

Membership models
There are three membership models:
- Individual Membership: $35 annual fee
- Institutional Membership: $75 annual fee
- State Affiliate Membership: If you are a member of a State Affiliate, your AAEGT membership is included with your state fees. You will receive a discount code from your Affiliate to register with AAEGT.
